1. Order Processing and Manufacturing

Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is sent to Printify for manufacturing and fulfillment.

Standard processing times:

  • Orders are typically manufactured within 3-5 business days
  • Custom or complex orders may take longer
  • Processing times do not include shipping time

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Manufacturing Quality

Printify manufactures all products according to its quality standards. Products are inspected before shipment. While we strive for perfection, minor variations in color, sizing, or print quality may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Carrier Selection

Printify partners with various shipping carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)
  • Other regional carriers

The specific carrier used depends on your location and order details. You will not be able to select your preferred carrier.

Shipping Method

Standard shipping is included with all orders. Expedited or priority shipping options may not be available.


3. Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

4. Shipping to Different Regions

Domestic Orders (United States)

Orders are shipped to addresses within the continental United States. Some remote areas may take longer to receive deliveries.

International Orders

No Tracking

In some cases, tracking information may not be available or may not update regularly. This is common for certain shipping methods and carriers.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Order weight and size
  • Selected shipping method
  • Any applicable surcharges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your order is cancelled or refused.

Tax and Duties

Shipping fees do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or import duties. These will be calculated separately or collected upon delivery in some regions.


7. Delivery Address

Accurate Address Required

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Packages delivered to addresses you did not intend

Address Changes

Delivery Attempts

The carrier will typically attempt to deliver your package. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the carrier may return the package or hold it for pickup. Additional fees may apply.


8. Signature and Delivery Confirmation

Signature Not Required

Most deliveries do not require a signature. Packages will be left at your delivery address if no one is home (in a secure location when possible).

The carrier will provide delivery confirmation. Check your tracking information to confirm delivery status.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Report Issues Promptly

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at:

  3. If approved, the carrier will issue a refund or replacement
  4. You will be reimbursed for the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Contact us with photos and details
  3. We will investigate with Printify and the carrier
  4. If approved due to a manufacturing defect, Printify may send a replacement

Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections, color variations, and slight print misalignments are inherent to print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.


10. Returns in Transit

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or do not claim your package, it will be returned to Printify. Return shipping costs may be deducted from any potential refund. Per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds, so returned packages may not result in a refund.


11. Printify's Role in Shipping

Printify Fulfillment

Printify is our fulfillment partner and is responsible for:

  • Manufacturing your products
  • Quality control and inspection
  • Packing and labeling
  • Coordinating with shipping carriers
  • Handling shipping logistics

We do not have direct control over Printify's manufacturing timeline or carrier selection.

12. Delays and Force Majeure

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

No Compensation for Delays

We do not offer compensation, refunds, or credits for shipping delays, regardless of the cause.
