At Worlds Wise Words, all items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect sizing, color selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at worldswisewords@gmail.com.
Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
EU Customers
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
