At World’s Wise Words, we don’t keep "stock" on shelves; every piece is printed specifically for you once you order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each item is printed specifically for you once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days for production. Once the item is printed and quality-checked, standard shipping usually takes another 3–7 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
Because all our apparel is printed to order, we do not keep a physical inventory to swap items. For this reason, we cannot offer exchanges if you order the wrong size. We provide a detailed Sizing Chart on every product page. We highly recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want you to love your "Wise Words." If your item arrives with a printing defect, a hole, or if you received the wrong design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
How should I wash my apparel to protect the print?
To keep the designs vibrant and prevent the fabric from shrinking, follow these steps:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors.
- Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang-dry for the longest life.
- Do not iron directly over the printed area.
Can I cancel or change my shipping address?
We move quickly! Once an order is sent to production (usually within 2–4 hours), it can no longer be edited or canceled. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection at checkout. If you notice a mistake immediately, contact us via our Contact Page and we will do our best to intercept it before it hits the printer.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you ordered multiple items (e.g., a hoodie and a tote bag), they may be fulfilled by different print providers in our network. This means they might ship in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. Don't worry, you’ll receive tracking numbers for each part of your order!
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. Through our partnerships, we select high-quality garments from suppliers who prioritize ethical manufacturing. Many of our items are made by brands like Bella+Canvas or Gildan, which are members of the Fair Labor Association and committed to sustainable practices.
Why do some colors look slightly different on my screen?
We strive for absolute accuracy, but please keep in mind that every digital screen (phone, laptop, tablet) displays colors slightly differently based on its brightness and calibration settings. Additionally, because our designs are printed directly into the fabric fibers, the designs may have a softer, more integrated look on the garment than a bright digital glow.
Is the design the same size on every shirt?
To ensure your product looks its best, we scaled our designs to fit each garment size proportionally. A design on a Small shirt may be scaled slightly differently than on a 3XL to ensure the minimalist aesthetic remains balanced and centered for every body type.
Do you offer bulk discounts for groups or events?
Yes! If you are looking to order 10 or more items for a book club, empowerment event, or team, please reach out to us. Since we use a print-on-demand model, we can often coordinate special pricing for larger quantities to ensure your group can wear their wisdom together.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We strive to be as mindful as possible. Most of our packaging uses recyclable or biodegradable shipping materials made from high-quality polyethylene. This helps protect your apparel from weather and damage during transit while keeping our environmental footprint as light as our designs.
